This guy used someone else's picture, misidentified it and then posted it up for sale 24 days ago and hasn't responded.

Just last night I let Audiogon know of what appears to be a scam. Seller won't say where he/she ships from, price of amp he's selling is way, way too cheap for what the seller says is an amp that's never been modified, repaired or out of the original box. And no fb. Along with he deleted my question where I had asked him where he would ship from. A simple question where he would only have to post it once instead of prospective buyers asking the same question, which he may of had to answer several times.

I haven't been back over there to A-gon to see if the ad has been pulled.

Has anyone tried to contact the seller of the Tyler Super Towers directly. Guy could of had a major life experience that sidelined him/her? I'd try that before getting admin. engaged in it. Just a thought.

This is no scam, I just mis-identified the speaker name. Wow, you are a very accusatory individual. I regret I used another person's photo, but I wasn't aware it was copyrighted. I will check with my lawyer to see if I might face any litigation and prepare accordingly. My ad on Audio Mart showed the MY speakers clearly in MY listening room and all my contact information was there. You cats are a bunch of vigilantes in my opinion. Why are you out for blood? I am just trying to sell my speakers?

I have no idea how you got my post turned around from it being about someone at A-gon to it being about you.

You won't find in my posts anything said about your pics. I have/had no idea if the pic you had posted was the speakers or not. I guess you didn't read the part where I said you may have had something bad that happened to you. I give you the benefit of the doubt and all I get is grief from you.

How did I "turn it around"? Re-read your post above where you contacted Audiogon (no idea why because I have don't have them posted for sale there, but do have a 100% rating) indicating that I was running a scam. That is is how I got it turned around. Mark
