Good news :D and bad news :(
Ac/Dc will release a new album called [ROCK OR BUST] after 6 years, but without Malcolm Young.
Release date is December 2.

Reported today he is suffering from dimensia.  Completely debilitating stage unfortunately so we will not see him again.
