I am thinking about buying an Oppo 103d.  Sure I will be using it for BluRay on my 60" Panasonic ZT Plasma.  But the other reason is hopefully running my Dish receiver through the Oppo and upping the video from 720p/1080i to 1080p plus utilizing the Darby (probably set to no more than 35)

just wondering if anyone else is doing this and if you are having a great result or if you are having hdmi handshake or audio synching problems

I am currently using a 722k receiver but am thinking about changing over to the Hopper as it would actually be cheaper.

Being an OPPO dealer, I have had the opportunity to use a variety of HDMI sources with the 103d.

Cable boxes, Apple TV, Computers, and any HDMI source should work fine.

What I have not had a lot of time with, is the darby adjustments themselves and plan on it this weekend, to see the effect.

I have not noticed any "lip sync" issues so far via the OPPO.
