Best of luck to you.  My 10A is going to the grave with me, it's my favorite piece of audio gear.  The 11A is better but they rarely come up for sale. 

I sent my 10A to Steve around a year ago and he lowered the gain to about 7dB.  It works much better with my high gain CDP and amp (it is completely silent). 

It would be great if someone would purchase Steve's designs and manufacture these beautiful preamps again.

Thanks Steve, I hope you are enjoying retired life!  Also, hoping you license your designs to so done who can keep them going for people who value great sound. My 10A so t be winning any beauty contests but it's a keeper. You are a talented man and I'm sorry people will be deprived of your great preamps.
