This is a very accurate, pleasing way to play computer audio. Metrum Octave Mk I NOS DAC is well matched with the Stello U3 USB to SPDIF converter. The Octave-Stello combination is never harsh or strident, and is cleaner/clearer/quieter with the Hynes power supply made for the Octave. Perfect match for PureMusic. I'm hoping to sell this together as a bundle. There is no discernible wear but the cases are not absolutely mint, so a strong 8 rating would be about right. $1250 for the bundle.
