Musical Design is known for price for performance amps.I own two of them!The T-100 is a gem of an amp by John Hillig.He has been around for quite awhile building/modifying amps.This hybrid tube amp sounds wonderful and has plenty of power.You do not see these come up often for good reason.
  This amp is in excellent condition and works/sounds great.I recently re-tubed it with a matched pair of NOS Amperex 6DJ8 made in Holland and are included/installed(see photo).Rated 8/10 just in case.Happy to answer questions.Check out my feedback on Audiogon user bellavita like here.

Does it run hot?  I once had a D75 that was a nice sounding amp but ran pretty hot.  Don't really care for an amp that gets more than warm.  But that's just me.

The T-100 runs warm not hot.Even when pushed it just feels very warm but never hot.Also have a D-75 and that just runs warm as well..And all the while sounding very sweet!
Unlike the Job 225 I had for a while which ran very hot.
