In like new condition, I would rate it as an easy 9

40wpc with KT88,12AX7,12AU7 tubes, comes with a new set of ELECTRO-HARMONIX KT88's and an older set of Shuguang Golden Treasure Kt88 and new  ELECTRO-HARMONIX 12AX7,12AU7 tubes along with a few other 12AX/AU tubes for rolling. 

True Balanced input, 4.8 and 16ohm taps. nice remote, manual bias but built in meter!

He has owned it for a few years and only upgraded as new speakers needed more power and upgraded to a hybrid amp.
