FS: Pass Labs xa60.8 pair - New York City SOLD
« on: 16 Jul 2014, 03:16 pm »
I'm moving at the end of August and I won't have any room to keep my current system. I REALLY wish I could, but there's just no way I'll be able to fit floorstanding speakers and a pair of monoblocks and the rest of my gear in the NYC apt I'm moving to.

These amps are ridiculously good and beat the previous generation xa60.5 that John Atkinson called the best sounding amps he ever used (http://www.stereophile.com/content/pass-labs-xa605-monoblock-power-amplifier). I bought them from Reno HiFi in January and they've sat in my salamander synergy rack ever since. They are in excellent condition (look brand new).

Local NYC buyer preferred but would be open to shipping if buyer pays for shipping

Retail $12,800. Looking for $9000$8500. I have original boxes and everything that came with them.

Pictures coming when I get a chance later this week, but I haven't been home much recently. Just posting early here to see if there's any interest

I'll also be selling:

Salamander Synergy Triple 20 base - black on black, no doors

pair Von Schweikert Unifield 3 - piano black
Von Schweikert lcr-15 - black ash
pair Klipsch G12

Wyred4Sound Mini MC 5
Bryston SP3 processor

Sablon Gran Corona Power Cables (2 current version GC, 1 20amp Quantum GC)
Sablon Panatela interconnects
Sablon Panatela speaker cables (biwire pair)

Bryston BIT20 - (torus RM-20).

I may keep the BIT20 around for the future. I also may keep the Panatelas for a bit in case I am able to get a small bookshelf system. not sure
