Pics in the gallery.

Klaus Bunge(Odyssey), Phil Bamberg (BESL), Robert Schult and Steve Rothermel (Ridge Street), Eric Hider and WC were there.

We listened to Klaus's PROTOTYPE digi amp, and a pair of Phil's monitors.

We also listened to my system.

We did very little listening to music. Most of the time we were sitting around talking....

Late in the evening Eric, WC and I needed to experince more of a live sound and headed for some entertainment establishments......We could only find PA type systems, but the girls were very friendly

and very warm...they kept taking off what little clothes they had on...

The digital amp sounded clean and clear. I did not sit in the sweet spot so I couldn't say more than that. Bass seemed fine as well.

Klaus knows how he wants it laid out in the case (different then it is now).

You would have to talk to Klaus about his unveiling.

While I thought the amp sounded fine, I think that Klaus does not like the sound of ANY digital amp he has heard. I think he wants to be able to support that part of the market that wants digital amps, but I think he is fighting his own bias's against them.

I think it is for this reason that he is taking his time and making it as close to his preferences as he can.

I also know that he will not be drawn into a digital vs SS amp discussion as he will sell & support both.

I think the people that like what digital amps do will really like this amp.
