Since the RMAF is rapidly approaching (only 6 weeks!) I thought a poll to find out how many AC members (and vendors) will be attending was in order.

If you havn't made plans to attend you should do so now! ;) This looks like it's going to be an excellent show with some top notch manufacturers on hand. 6 floors and 70 rooms of cool systems. The weather here at that time is generally very nice, in the mid to upper 70's with lots of sun. 'Course it could snow but it should be very nice.

RMAF is presenting two shows with Patricia Barber with less than 350 seats per show, so this should be an excellent opportunity to hear her perform in an intimate setting. Cost is only $15.00 for those who pre-register for the show. Get your order in now.

There are some great door prizes being offered as well.

Rocky Mountain Audio Fest

Perhaps all the AC members that are attending can get together on Friday afternoon for a few drinks and put some faces to the names.

George,

You're welcome to come by here. I live about 10 minutes from where the RAMF is being held, so it's not much of a detour. I suspect other folks will be happy to accomodate visiting AC members as well.

I had finally had a chance to hear Gary's Excellarray's today. Very very nice, not sure it he's planning on having visitors but if you get a chance they are are excellent (as was his system).

Thanks Mike.

I will be staying in Bolder with Sunshinedawg.

Hopefully I will get a chance to hear your system, as well as Tyson's and Gerry's (I really want to hear the Alphas).

I'm planning on attending and looking forward to seeing and hearing lots of cool stuff, as well as meeting folks.  I'll definitely have to consider the Patricia Barber show as well.

Getting closer, I think $15 for Patricia in a small venue is a dam good deal. Hopefully I can save a little money for those special deals at
the end of the show :D .

I'm there man.

We rented two rooms.

We are showing with Dodd Audio, CryoTweaks, and Ack Industry's (Ack dAck's).

Were showing our A/V series speakers in one room and a pair of Alpha LS's in the other. We will have one of our new subs in each room too.

ModWright will be there as well and they are showing with some of our speakers. They will have Diluceo's and our new sub.

I hope all of the AC members will stop by so I can meet you all.

Thanks,

JCC

I understand that Daedalus will be displaying their DA-1 speakers. If you attend, go out of your way to listen and admire the DA-1's.

I love mine, which are the most dynamic speakers that I have ever heard.

Bump-

Anybody else coming to the show?

It would be nice to figure out a way to gather all the AC members up just to put names with faces. Perhaps Friday night. The show runs from noon to 5:00 on Friday with the "Hospitality Night" running from 6:00 to 8:00. Perhaps the visiting AC members can meet in the hotel bar. If anyone is interested in this I'll be sure to wear one of the nifty AudioCircle T-shirts.

Post here if you're coming, I'll update this message with a list of members so we can have somewhat of a roster. This will allow all those who can't make it to know who to pester for show reports.

Ones I know of for sure: (that aren't manufacturers)

Howdy.

I will be there.
Tickets paid for; room reserved.

I'm looking forward to meeting anyone wanting to meet me.
They shouild know better.

Also looking forward to hearing ALL the products I've been reading about for so long, and meeting those brave souls who put their lives on the line, every day, to bring us the best of the audio world. :)

....but I was too ignorant to buy an Audio Circle shirt...

Ah, I know, maybe I'll know *you* and just kind of creep around..heheh

I'll just pick out a new shirt and tell you all what it looks like and wear it for a few days, so you can go home and tell everyone about the sights, sounds and smells of the show.

Am getting really pumped up, now that the reality is almost here.
It's a long drive, but I'll bet worth it.

Regards,
DeadFish

When you are at the show stop by the Daedalus Music suite and listen. You will be able to hear the fabulous DA-1 speakers.

In addition you will be able to hear the Reference Audio Mods modified Carver ZR1600.

This is great combination!  Let me know what you think!!
