It's in great shape and is well maintained.  Works beautifully and sounds more natural than most of the newer integrateds.  I've been using it with Proac Studio 1's that are also on sale in the Speaker section of the Trading Post.

might be worth it to point out this Onix piece was made in England unlike the later units made in China

Great thought. I never even thought about it.  Yes, both my Onix that I"m selling are special as they are from the original designers and rarely found used.  I've even put it in with my Vandy Treo's and Basis TT and it's sounds great. Not up to my 10k Ayre integrated, but man it's good.

I just went and verified that this is indeed the model that was made in England.  Most don't know the true story of how Onix was started and how great their amp were/are.  They were considered by many to be the 'best buy' for the few years they were made.  I've decided to sell my Ayre AX7e as I have the AX5/20 waiting to be delivered, but this ONix has sounded great with my Vandy Treo's.  I like the sound better than the NAD gear I've used in the past also and that' s saying a lot I feel as NAD is better than most realize.
