Hi, Josh, yer up early.  I think those speakers are top, top shelf for their type from what I've read in the past but dang if I can remember the brand.

Very Interesting. If you decoupled ceiling and walls using the HAT system for a good size room lets say 15' x 25' x 10', can anyone give a "shoot from the hip" estimation what the extra cost over standard construction would run? Assuming you had a clear basement and wanted to construct a room.

This is the finish space, I'm just moving in and still have no furniture yet. Overall the space turned out well and its great to have this space.












The kid in the photo is Max!
