Finished these up a little while ago.  Pretty impressed with the sound.  Could be a little louder for my taste but I think using pandora through my cell phone on a 25 year old Sony amp might have more to do with it than the speakers.  Anyway, it's amazing what you can do with a rotozip circle attachment and a 1/4" bit adapter.  Have a look and let me know what you think.

I think they look great, really nice job. You must feel great after this build... no doubt you learned a lot, had fun building them and best of all have some great music to listen to.

Congrats - they look great. Try moving the speakers forward 8" so they are in line with the edge of the table or move the table/TV back so they are in line with the speakers. My speakers sounded better when I did what I am suggesting in my room. Good luck.
