Lots of doctors in the area……..they love audiophile stuff!

This is what you do; set a place, date, and time and what you propose to do. Offering food and drink is a plus. In other words, you're gonna do this, that, and the other. It worked for me in a supposed audio wasteland (Vegas.) And the club has been going for basically a year now.
