Good find!  That is the 7A I have.  As pretty as it sounds!  I've saved that post to my file for the driver's specs.

Does the whizzer make the dip around 3-4k? I have heard it said that that frequency range is known to be irritating as we hear sounds better in that range.

I'm not sure where the whizzer starts picking up the slack.  My impression is that it was much higher than that, but could be wrong.  But that dip wouldn't cause irritation since it's a dip rather than a peak.  If anything, it would take a bit of edge off. 

Maybe there's some expert info out there?   :scratch:
