These are the speakers that Kevin Hayes of VAC uses as his reference.  They are large and in charge, and there is nothing wimpy about them in the traditional electrostatic sense.  They have superb bass, play at robust levels, and sound great.  I've had lots of different stats, and these have the good parts without the pain.  Moving to a house where they won't fit so my loss is your gain.  $10k new.  I am original owner with box which is serviceable but rough.  About 165lbs to ship in one big box.  North FLorida pickup ideal.

I heard a pair of these at a show in Atlanta a few years back, driven by some huge, sweet VAC gear. They sounded awesome!
What amps have you been able to drive them with for quality sound and SPLs?

I have a Conrad Johnson 350SE.....beautiful, effortless.
