I'll be passing through Nashville, TN and Huntsville, AL in the not-to-distant future and I'll have some time to kill.  Can anyone suggest a good audio dealer in either of the two areas?  You know so I can find even more audio temptations, since my brain hasn't exploded yet with all of the options I've already run across...

You should get up with Nathan from Eighth Nerve, and see what he's got setup to hear.  Usually, he's got much better stuff than the main hifi shop in Nashville.  I think it's called Nicholson's.  

They got a lot of gear, but not much to listen to, and they aren't exactly excited to see CUSTOMERS coming through the door when they're watching the game.  Jeez. . .

I used to live about two miles from Nicholson's Hi Fi.  Some of their salesmen were well known audiophiles in the community, and they have carried some premier lines over the years.  Their service was always first rate.

Now, it has been five years since I've been there and no doubt they have embraced the more lucrative home theater sales/installation market.  But it still may be worth a visit.   Call or check their website to see if their current line card interests you in any way.
