Finished brewing five pounds of rice into four bottles of Sake.
Pasteurized and bottled today.
Tasted it for flavor, pretty nice.
Will let it sit for about four weeks.

I use a couple of resources. The web sites are listed below. There is a tremendous amount of information in both. I use one of the Vision Sake recipes. They are all different, like brewing different kinds of beer. Many alternatives.
I use the Red Chinese yeast balls, you can get at most Asian Markets/stores. I can't remember, exactly, but it cost me under $200.00 dollars to get all of my equipment.
