This is a high quality variable Volteq HY3005D linear power supply. It can be used as a constant voltage or constant current source. Up to 5A, 0 to 30 V in 0.1 v increments, fine and course controls.
This is sold under several names, such as Mastech.
I used it only for a couple of hours to experiment with a tripath amp. It is great for that. Very solid PS, really firms up the sound.
Heavy for its size- 14 lbs. shipped. Ships in original box.
