I have a near flawless set of RM-2s for sale in the Milwaukee/Chicago area. They are a light oak in color. Asking $1,000 cash and carry. Delivery in a realistic distance from Kenosha is also possible. Speakers work and sound perfectly, just cleaning house on my audio gear and will no longer need these. I have 4 others sets of VMPS speakers and until you hear a set of these on good gear you won't believe how good they sound. The last price on these from the factory before they went out of business (the owner passed away) was $3,000 for a new set. If interested, I can send more pictures of each speaker.

     How do these sound vs. the RM30s, 40s and 626Rs.  I'm had all of them and they are phenominal particularly the 40s.  They all had all or most of the upgrades.  Are your RM-2s just standard?  I thought I could downsize from the 40s and get somethimg comparable for somewhat reasonable money, but may be wrong.  I live in the SW suburbs of Chicago.
