Hello all,

I am new to the circle and wanted to share with you my DIY component rack and amp stand. I built these for a friend.

The materials are from local HomeDepot.

Thank you! I used General Tools Dowel Joining jig and Pocket Hole jig and Gorilla glue

I bought a Kreg jig (new in box) at a yard sale for $20 and have yet to use it.

Yes! it is poplar since that is only what I see at the HomeDepot. Oak only comes in small 1.5" square. I wish they carry solid maple.

Maybe a little late but my Lowe's has solid maple in stock.  Do you have a Lowe's near you?
