VSA speakers at AXPONA
« on: 25 Apr 2014, 01:18 am »
Having a keen sense of the obvious, I noticed that VSA is not on the Exhibitor list for AXPONA this year. This leads to a question. Are any of the exhibitors using VSA products in their own demos?

AXPONA was better than last year. Best room was Coincident. Too bad nobody appeared to be using VSA products.

LOL. I guess that is strange. I thought a few rooms had really good demos going on. There were the usual overdriven high distortion systems, the super low level with the reps talking loudly to each other rooms. But the best rooms were generally better than the best last year. I thought the hotel was a better venue then last year's too.

I was amused that everybody, well almost everybody, was playing Dave Brubeck's "Take Five" as the music of choice. When one rep started playing it, people started chuckling. After we told him we heard the same piece in a lot of rooms, he switched to Jerry Garcia. Wow, first rate. At least I found a couple of outstanding recordings.

We attended on Sunday. Fridays, when were you there?

Hi Steve,

VSA was not in Chigago.
They will be at New Port Beach.
I could not make it this time either.
