What is the input impedence and db gain of a stereo 100W Nirvana Plus amplifier?

I am considering using it with a Bent NOH passive and want to know if this is feasible.

From the AKSA website:

The gain of the AKSAs, both models, is set by the ratio of two critically important resistors in the feedback network. For both amplifiers, this gain is 38.3, or 32dB.

Nevermind! Found it in one of the Faqs:

With a gain of 32dB and an input impedance of 47kohms

Should be okay with the Bent NOH I think.
