List all tubes brands are a herculean task.Just in this Moscow shop there is maybe a hundred brands just from Russian factories:http://www.gstube.com/factories/
This is really tricky, Guy.For one, some of the brands in your list never actually made tubes. To the best of my limited knowledge, Philco, Motorola and Zenith (maybe even CBS?) actually bought tubes from other manufacturers like RCA, GE and Sylvania and rebranded them.There was also lots of intermingling among manufacturers. You'll find Amperex-made tubes branded Mullard and various Euro tubes branded RCA, etc. When manufacturers ran out of specific types of tubes they often bought competitor's tubes and rebranded them to fill orders until they could rework their tooling to make the out-of-stock tube again.
Admiral, a rebranded maybe from Philco;
All the Admirals I've ever owned have been Sylvanias. Ditto Westinghouse.Guy, your list is missing RFT (don't know what this stands for) and RT (Radio-Technique of France)
