This Chord QBD76 DAC is truly an incredible unit. Plenty of rave reviews online, and built like a tank (you can see a video online of one of these actually being run over by a tank and surviving). This unit has a very cool bluetooth streaming feature in addition to the other AES, SPDIF and USB inputs. I don't see any real marks on this unit, but I am going to rate it 7/10 to be conservative.
