Excellent SS amp used with 97db speakers, purchased used in 2009. Perfect condition sonically. The amp was dropped during shipment to me, and then sent to Wilson Shen who completely went thru the amp. He rebuilt the power supply, replaced the rectify bridge pair, and replaced the case with the exception of the back plate. Then made sure it was on spec. It looks like new except for the back plate, so an 8/10 rating. A beautiful sounding piece, but changing amps to mate with much less efficient speakers. The reviews cover the Clayton attributes, very composed and have no particular weakness. Pure class A, high current, smooth and never glaring. Pretty much unflappable.
