That is hard to tell, I guess about 750 hours.

Yes, it will work in the US since the powersupply can be switched to 110.

Well, a T-1610 retails for $2600 so number of hours is very important.

When was your mono built?   The month and year?   There are more than 1 version ... is your mono equivalent to US MKII version?
