For sale my Optocoupler pre that AC member Trung made.  It is designed to run on 12V battery power with a very nice braided and removable power cord and sturdy metal volume knob and aluminum case.  Blue LED.  I mostly used it with Tripath amps with and without volume knobs and always preferred the sound with this pre. Well not as much sound as the depth and air between instruments this added.  More like a holographic addition. I would rate it a 7/10 on appearance with no dents or damage. I am selling to offset a purchase and future purchase coming up.

Yes, the unit gets it's name from the optical attenuator if that is the correct terminology. In effect it is just a volume control. Very simple unit. It was used with a tube buffer and I had both DAC and my Cambridge phone pre-amp connected.
