Clearaudio has their own weight available for the Concept.  I have on mine, I like it.

I just got one of these from Aluminati Sound (an audio circle supporter here) and it is a great weight for the price:

You could use either a weight or a clamp, but if you get a clamp you just need to make sure it works with an unthreaded spindle.

This clamp from KAB looks pretty cool, although I haven't tried it:
