One of the last factory built Hagerman Piccolo MC pre-amps (deep red in color, factory silk screened)...soon thereafter (and currently), they were only offered as kits. I believe I paid $450 for it. In like new condition and works perfectly. Probably has <75hrs on it and possibly note even fully broken in. I switched to a single phono preamp (Jasmine) to reduce cabling and clutter (WAF). This is one sweet MC to MM pre-amp. I paired with a Hagerman Cornet 2 for epic synergy from my Zu Denon 103r cartridge.
From the Hagerman website:
The Piccolo is an active moving coil pre-preamplifier designed to step-up the cartridge signal from MC to MM levels. Adjustable loading and gain offers optimization for any MC cartridge. The discrete JFET circuit offers super-quiet and distortion-free operation. Compatible with any MM phonostage.
Includes the factory wall wart PS. I'll sell it for $300 shipped or best offer. Any questions, let me know.
