I committed to purchasing a pair of Magnepan 1.7s before CES/THE SHOW which I haven't even hooked up but need to sell due to purchasing a new pair of 10x more expensive speakers there, lol   

As quickly as they came, these need to go and are priced accordingly.     Less then 1 year old and only the original owner has used them.

Looks like a terrific deal here. If I did not have a pair of MMGs. I would be contacting you. I heard the 1.7's at a dealer driven by some Mac gear. These speakers are ALL they are cracked up to be for under $2k. Really nice with jazz and blues....my favs.

You should still be contacting Gopher. If you like the MMGs, you'll love the 1.7s.   Gives more of everything you love about the MMGs
