Has Aquafina water made it over to Vietnam? Fremer and others say the reverse osmosis process is just fine.Other waters may list RO on the label.Paul
Hey Guy 13,if you want I can post a picture of those sleeves before you buy. I can post that this evening, I'm at work at the moment. 10:16 a.m. local time.Sleeves were $20 for 50.
Distilled water should not be difficult to find, even in Viet Nam. Hospitals use it, Pharmacies use it and auto techs use it. Here in the States it's sold in grocery stores for folks who don't want to gum up their steam irons, humidifiers etc. Deionized water is fine, but it's just an audiophile affectation. Note: Sterile water and distilled water are NOT the same thing.Doc
Sleeve City Ultimate Audiophile inner sleeves will spoil you for anything else. Expensive but amazing.Paul
I have used these as well as the MoFi sleeves and Sleeve City's ultimate audiophile inner sleeves are far superior to MoFi sleeves. I haven't used a MoFi sleeve since I tried the ultimate audio Philemon sleeves from Sleeve City. Laura
Guy 13,looks like there are some good suggestions coming forth. As for the wrinkles in the lower left corner, I don't like that either. Might have been my fault that happened. Checked out a couple of others and did not have that wrinkle..Vinyl Lady, thanks for that information and link. Just ordered some to try out!
Tomorrow my wife will check with some large pharmacies. She says that the samll around the corner pharmacy, probably don't even know what distilled water is.
Look in the baby and infant section of the pharmacy. This is where you will find very pure distilled water. It is more distilled than the standard distilled water sold in grocery stores. Not sure what you will find in Vietnam, though?
