Hey Guy 13,
if you want I can post a picture of those sleeves before you buy.

I can post that this evening, I'm at work at the moment. 10:16 a.m. local time.

Sleeves were $20 for 50.

Has Aquafina water made it over to Vietnam? Fremer and others say the reverse osmosis process is just fine.
Other waters may list RO on the label.

Paul
Hi Paul and all Audio Circle members.
Yes, Aquafina is here in Vietnam, it's belong to Coca Cola
and their factory is almost next door to my house.
I will check what it says on the bottle, will only cost me 8,000 dollars,
Vietnamese dollars that is. Which in real money is about 0,40 USD.
Thanks for the tip.

Distilled water should not be difficult to find, even in Viet Nam. Hospitals use it, Pharmacies use it and auto techs use it. Here in the States it's sold in grocery stores for folks who don't want to gum up their steam irons, humidifiers etc. Deionized water is fine, but it's just an audiophile affectation. Note: Sterile water and distilled water are NOT the same thing.

Doc
What's up Doc?
Sorry, Hi Doc and all Audio Circle members.
Tomorrow my wife will check with some large pharmacies.
She says that the samll around the corner pharmacy,
probably don't even know what distilled water is.
It's not because you can find something very common in every USA pharmacies, means it's the same in Vietnam.
The other day I was looking for some peroxide 3%, could not find it any where.
I had to ask my doctor and he told me that a very large hospital's pharmacy got it.
Here nothing is easy and never compare Vietnam with USA or Canada.
I will get back with some good news, I hope.

Guy 13, here are a couple of picture of the sleeves....

Others here at AC may have better recommendations than these but I like these very much.
Distilled water should work well for you along with the cleaner that comes with the spin clean.
Surprising how much dirt it removes from your discs. I changed the water/cleaning solution after 15 discs. Might have been too often but what the hey!!
Now get busy cleaning that vinyl!!!!

Sleeve City Ultimate Audiophile inner sleeves will spoil you for anything else. Expensive but amazing.

Paul

I have used these as well as the MoFi sleeves and Sleeve City's ultimate audiophile inner sleeves are far superior to MoFi sleeves. I haven't used a MoFi sleeve since I tried the ultimate audio Philemon sleeves from Sleeve City.

Hi Bob2 and all Audio Circle members.
Thanks for taking the time to take pictures of your inserts.
May I say that one thing I did not like too much and that I try to avoid is the lower left corner of the insert,
it's I don't know how to say in English, but I will use the word shrinked,
don't know any other better word, sorry.
I prefer heavy gauge paper, they seems to stay straight because they are more rigid.
That's what I think, am I wrong?
I hope that with the above (Negative or constructive) comments you will not stop helping me in the futur.
Again, thanks.

Hi Laura and all Audio Circle members.
Thanks for your comments.
I've serached on Sleeve City web site the Philemon sleeve
and could not find it, can you please give me the link to that specific product.
As mentioned previously, I have ordered my Sleeve City via Amazon,
but I've noticed that they don't offer all Sleeve City's products.
If I order again, I will buy directly from Sleeve City's online site.
Thanks again for your comments, highly appreciated especially coming from vinyl_lady,
the authority in audio vinyl products.
WOW ! That's well writtent, from time to time, I surprise myself.

Guy 13

I am starting my search dor distilled water, I will get back when I found it
and later I will post pictures of the results
and show the colour and thickness of the used water.

Guy 13,
looks like there are some good suggestions coming forth. As for the wrinkles in the lower left corner, I don't like that either. Might have been my fault that happened. Checked out a couple of others and did not have that wrinkle..

Vinyl Lady,
thanks for that information and link. Just ordered some to try out!

Hi Bob2 and all Audio Circle members.
Thanks for posting.
I will wait to get my first Sleeve City order and then,
from there, I will see if I will re-order.
As for the distilled water,
I've been unsuccessful asking my wife to help me,
I should have known better. :x
I will look myself.

Look in the baby and infant section of the pharmacy. This is where you will find very pure distilled water. It is more distilled than the standard distilled water sold in grocery stores.

Not sure what you will find in Vietnam, though?

Hi simoon and all Audio Circle members.
Super pharmacies or drug store as we know them in USA
and Canada (Supermarket style) does not exist here in Vietnam.
Pharmacies are more like small store one counter thing.
I will go to METRO (Privately own German supermarket chain)
they have a 2 kilometers long aisle with baby formula food.
(Yes, I know, it's not 2 kilometer long, as usual I am exaggerating...)
I will keep looking, that might be a very long search,
like many items foreigners want to buy
and Vietnamese have no interest in.
Thanks.
