To find out, google "ipad camera connection kit ios 7" and the specific DAC you want to use. Some work, some don't. Apparently, it depends on what kind of power requirement signal the external device sends through the camera connection kit. Note, NOT on how much power the DAC actually uses -- it's what it "registers" as with the IOS device.
You will also find references to using USB hubs to get around this problem -- again, some work, some don't. IOS is very finicky about USB power issues. Just because the DAC or hub is externally powered does not mean it will register as a low-power device, which is what is needed for the connection to work.
For reference, my Pico DAC/amp works just fine plugged into my iPhone 5C with the Apple lightning to USB camera cable. Nothing to configure, just plug it in and it works. Note this wouldn't work with any iPhone prior to IOS 7. The Pico also works fine with an older iPad running IOS 7, using the old camera connection kit (30 pin).
If you need the lightning interface, though, make sure you get the genuine Apple cable. Most of the generic ones lack the proprietary Apple chip that makes this work.

Update -- I couldn't find anyone who had tried the Dac80, but apparently the Dac100 works with the apple camera connection. Best probably just to try it, and if it doesn't work, maybe experiment with one of the USB hub workarounds.
