Hi all,

These speakers impressed me so much at the NY Hifi show I purchased them based on the sound at the show!  Couldn't believe how transparent, detailed, holographic, and coherent the sound was.  I'm a planar guy.  I've had Maggies, Apogees, and various stats.  Never have a heard a dynamic speaker sound as transparent as Apogees or stats until now.  But the killer is it has all the dynamics of the best conventional speakers, even close to that of horns.  Just couldn't get over how musical these speakers were.  I returned to Hyperion room 5 times during the day to convince myself of what I was hearing.  For me, easily the best sound at the show. I'm hoping I can get the Hyps to sound even better when I get them in my setup.   Anyone else out there with opinions on these speakers?

I remember hearing these at the show as well.Their look reminded me of the Wilson Watt/Puppy system , but at a lower price. What I heard sounded good, but hard to judge at a show , not the best acoustics.
