Off Ramp 5 HDMI Pinouts ?

Hi Steve,
The RJ-45 I2S signals aren't working out that well with the Audio GD Master 7. Too much variation in sound with cable type/length and even day to day with the same cable. I would like to build an LVDS-to-LVTTL adapter board for the M7 and try the Off Ramp 5 HDMI output. Where can I find the correct pinout of the Off Ramp HDMI port? There is a lot of misleading information on the web about what signal goes on which pin of the 19-pin HDMI connector so need a definitive answer. I can figure out most pins of the 19-pin HDMI interface but if you could add the pin numbers of main signals below would help. Or point me to the correct information is much appreciated! I looked at PS Audio and Wyred4Sound but found nothing definitive about what HDMI signals go on which pin.

MCLK+ = ?
MCLK- = ?
LRCLK+ = ?
LRCLK- = ?
SCLK+ = ?
SCLK- = ?
SDATA+= ?
SDATA- = ?

Here is the pinout:
MCLK+ = 10
MCLK- = 12
LRCLK+ = 9
LRCLK- = 7
SCLK+ = 4
SCLK- = 6
SDATA+= 3
SDATA- = 1
Gnds - 2,5,8,11,17,20,21
Pin 19 should be pulled to +3.3V with a 1K resistor.
