If you are looking to spend up to $10,000, you would be making a mistake not looking at the PB101. The 6sn7 tube is still the king of tone and with a million options of tube rolling between the 6sn7's and the choice of any 5ar4 or 5u4g variation, you can tailor the preamp sound to fit your sonic preferences.
