Odyssey Mono Extreme  Glass Ceilings- Extreme Specials  SOLD

These amps need no intro around these parts. I had heard of the legend of the “Glass ceiling amps” so  in 2008 I asked Klaus the owner of Odyssey audio to build these amps for me and asked him to give me the best he had. These amps have every upgrade he had to offer at the time. The amps are very stable and play well with others. I had great results with many different combinations. 1 x 200+ Watts RMS @ 8 Ohms (each). They have custom gold face plates .  I would rate them a 9 out of 10, they have very light use and a 20 year transferable warranty. They will be shipped in the original boxes.  No power cables included. The only reason I’m selling is because I have another hobby that has my full attention right now and I have way to much audio gear. I also have a Bel Canto, Rawson, Redwine audio, And an EAD amp’s for sale that I plan on listing in the next few days.
This is my bottom price. that's  a side, It would cost over 4k to replace them... Add shipping and Paypal fee’s or local pick up Sands Point, Long Island, NY  Contact me directly Andrew@morebetters.com

how would these compare to the amps they are offering now?

I read a post by the amp builder and he states that here are umpteen versions of these things according to what each individual owner wants, sort of like someones customized Harley, everyones vision is different.

I believe that makes it more difficult to decide on these as used pieces because the amps are VOICED to an individuals personal tastes and for synergy with their other equipment. Which may or may not work for someone else.
I would love to try these but am hesitant due to the nature of their build process.Hmmmm.......

Rubbbq

It's pretty simple, better parts give you a better end product. The amps are not voiced to my personnel taste. Do a search for glass ceiling and you can read all about them. I can tell that these are killer amps at a great price. It pains me to sell them but I went to deqx set up about 4 years ago and I'm tri-amping my speakers and have no use for them anymore....

I do like the MADE IN U.S.A aspect of these fine amplifiers.

Rubbbq

Made in the USA is great! Not to mention that this is a great company with a great owner operator, that offers great service :thumb: Klaus is a true gentleman and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again....
