Hey Gassers - Thought some of you might be interested in this.  Needed a new dust cover for my VPI turntable.  Found a guy in NY who makes custom tt covers plus a bunch of other stuff out of acrylic. (jmkdispays.com)

Mine was $118 delivered for a 1/4" thick  20 x 15.5 x 3.  Beat any other place I could find online by almost $200.  And as they say, you can't afford not to save . . .

Thanks for this. I used a similar place located in the midwest a couple of times over the past 5 years to make covers for various pieces of equipment and it was always <$100 for custom made pieces. I recently got a VPI Classic and couldn't find the place I used to use online anymore, so glad you provided this website. Gonna order one myself!

Looks like a good deal. Also Try Gordon's Plastics in Fenton. I have had dustcover made for a little less than a c-note. They have also made some armboards for a good price.  I think they also made the  baffles for Scott and Mer-Rev 's Lowther's. They also made a nice faceplate for my phonostage for $40.00. I highly reccomend them.
