Is there a Bit that has 220-240v input and 220-240V output with north American IEC and Plugs

I found this on the Torus site. I have a 230V preamp with a north American IEC.

Hi James,

The IS 4 615R has an MSRP of $1850.  Please tell your customer that the outlets are not the standard Nema 515R (15A, 120V with vertical straight blades), but rather Nema 615R (15A, 240V with horizontal blades).

The item he identified is for overseas use and should not be used in North America.

That is not the Model I was looking at.

The link I gave points to the     IS 4 515R

The PDF states

    - Nema 5-15R outlet
    - IEC 320-C14

    and a warning that it comes custom configured with nema 5-15R outlets, with an output voltage of 220-240
