I haven't heard this, but at that price, I wouldn't consider it before I bought a Plinius 8200 MkII, or 9200. The whol 10 day trial thing sucks too. I've never owned an amp that would break in as quickly as ten days. Some of the amps I have owned need 30 days just to setlle after being unplugged!
