excellent condition with one super minor almost invisible nick on the top back. This is absolutely the BEST DAC I have ever owned and the non decimating volume control works perfectly because it doesn't drop bits. It replaced a Mytek stereo 192 and PS Audio PWD MK II - it's much more natural sounding and works flawlessly. Its one of 2-3 DACS that will do DSD256 and also 32/384. I use a Win7 with a 3M USB cable and have never had any dropouts using a very inexpensive USB cable - I tried one that was 12X the cost and it made no difference - the DAC is pretty much immune from the PC USB or noise wise. I use it direct to my Carver 180 amps and the transparency is amazing! I tried 2 high end line stages and it sounds best direct to the amps. I bought this brand new in late May of this year. Current retail is $2500 Canadian - I will sell for $1900 shipped within the CONUSA - Paypal preferred and no fee if you add $$ to your PayPal account which allows you to send money for free. Check my Audiogon feedback - user name mantis007. Includes Apple remote but any remote can be used. See my other add for a KingRex power supply that is a very worthwhile upgrade.

e20 DAC Features

e20 Mk II: DSD 2.82MHz, DSD 5.64MHz (DSD 128 Fs), DSD 11.28MHz (DSD 256 Fs).
e20 Mk III supports three additional sampling rates: DSD 3.072MHz, DSD 6.144MHz and DSD 12.288MHz.
384kHz/32bit maximum PCM sampling rate. Native support for DXD 352.8kHz master files.
ES9018 Sabre32 reference DAC chip from ESS Technologies.
Asynchronous USB Interface eliminates jitter caused by unstable computer timing.
OS X and Windows ASIO custom high-performance drivers. (DSD256 is supported only on Windows)
    Automatic sampling rate switching.
    384 kHz software upsampling.
0.13 ps master clock. Jitter minimization is achieved by using 3 three precision oscillators.
    11 power filtering stages.
Galvanic isolation between the USB subsystem and the DAC circuits eliminates ground loops noise and blocks computer-originated interferences.
Second generation headphone amplifier that can bring the best out of the most accurate headphones.
Simultaneously driven, gold plated balanced (XLR), and unbalanced (RCA) line outputs.
Two S/PDIF inputs provide jitter reduction and superb D/A conversion when used with CD transports.
The e20 DAC can be programmed to work with most IR remote controls.
