i need help logging into NBCSP live timing
« on: 21 Sep 2013, 12:54 am »
I don't know where to post this, I will try here.

How does one log in to NBCSP to access live streaming events?  The site says that a window should open when you go to NBCSP live streaming to allow you to log in and verify your account with your cable company but that never happens when I try it.

I hate to miss F1 Qualifying tomorrow morning.

Anyone out there who can tell me what I am doing wrong with no log in window ever appearing?

Thanks,

Frank Van Alstine

Have you maybe got pop-ups blocked? That's the only thing I can think of right off the top of my head.

What browser are you using? Sometimes sites are (still) coded to work better with Internet Explorer. Then I have to click on the "allow pop up" banner hidden somewhere on the screen, and then the pop up box pops up behind the main screen so I still don't see it.

If you have your browser set to not accept cookies you won't get the login pages.  If that's the case, you will have to either enable cookies globally or add the login pages to an exception list.

Thank you very much for the help, guys.

The issue is that I had popups blocked.

I was able to watch qualifying on my Mac.  The resolution is so much better then on TV and no annoying commentary.
