For those that are using a CAPS & JRiver what is your JMark score?

Open JRiver and go to Help > Benchmark. Please post your results along with your CAPS build.

Matt added a Benchmark program in build 83 that measures overall system performance.  It gives you a way to compare machines.  It also gives us a way to measure changes in the code and look for new ways to enhance performance.

It's under MC's Help menu.

Your results will change over time for several reasons:

1.  A faster machine -- overclocking, for example
2.  A newer version of MC with performance improvements
3.  Power settings of the machine
4.  Other programs running

Mine is my CAPS V2+, which is. for all intents and purposes. simply a standard CAPS V3 Lagoon (Atom-based processor).  My JMark is a paltry 548, but it is been rendered somewhat irrelevant to me, in that I only use my Caps V2+ as a client in a dual pc JRver/JPlay environment.  It runs everything up to 24/384 and DSD128 flawlessly.  As a stand-alone multichannel server (for the Exasound or Mytek setups) it runs out of gas if the multichannel is anything above DSD 5.1 (i.e it hiccups on 24/192 and DXD multichannel content, of which there is very little).   My next client will be an i7-based box (designing as we speak), as is my current audiopc.

Edit:  Oops, also forgot to mention that I run WS 2012 GUI with 1.2 RC1 version of  AudioOptimizer (which has several registry changes that muck up JRIver's benchmark math)

Having been dissatisfied with graphics and internet ability of my Caps 3 Carbon (it would lock up if I tried to do too many things at once), I sold it and built on an ASUS board w/Intel i5 3470T.  Using only passive cooling ( a Thor's Hammer cooler - these things are obviously named to sell to the youth market) today my CPU temp is 37 degrees going up to 40 with heavy useage.  MC benchmark score is 3547.  It does everything I want and sounds great.  At some point I want to try a better power supply, but currently these cost twice what I spent on the entire PC.

I'd like to see your build.  Can you post some pics and parts list?
