Sennheiser HD600 + Cardas + Corda HA-2 <<< SOLD >
« on: 26 Jul 2004, 09:47 pm »
I wanted to try a worldclass headphone combination I bought the Meier Audio Corda HA-2, the Sennheiser HD-600 plus the famous "Smurf" blue Cardas cable (10ft) at the beginning of 2003. I am now selling this headphone rig because I have decided that headphone listening is not for me - can't get used to the absence of the 'visual' soundstage you get with speakers - so I don't use it often enough to do justice to this high quality set-up.

I would like to sell the combination, but I'll consider reasonable offers for the Sennheiser+Cardas and the HA-2 seperately. The HA-2 was purchased in Germany and is set-up for 220V. I live in California so I am using a RadioShack step-up transformer (no problems, works great) - which I will include for free if you are in 110V country. The HA-2 will benefit from a good powercord - it did not come with a powercord, but I will include a standard Euro powercord with it (plugs into RS transformer which plugs into wall AC).

My asking price is 750 for the combination. I'll take offers.
(FYI: The HA-2 retails for about 649 dollars, the Cardas cable for 150 and the HD-600's for $325.)

I have not yet made pictures (I can send those on request), but everything works flawlessly, is cosmetically 'as new', and comes in original packaging, and the stock cables for the HD-600 are included of course.

FYI: Positive Feedback had a nice artice about the Corda a while back: http://www.positive-feedback.com/Issue10/cordaha2.htm

(If Paypal is used I'll split the Paypal fee of 3%)
