Suggestion for bryston

I've noticed a few companies hijacking the sleek apple remote (hand held remote) to control their non-apple products.  Seems like it would be easy enough to do, just make your product respond to the same IR commands that come from the apple remote.   I think it would be really nice if bryston did this with their preamps.  Just for volume up, down, and mute.  Apple remote is cheap and looks a hell of a lot better than a universal remote with 200 buttons when I only need 3 buttons.

Please don't I can see this being an issue down the line. At least make it something that can be disabled if added.

Huh????

The Apple Remote is sold separately, is sleek, is all metal, is perfect for a minimal audiophile remote, AND costs a grand total of $25!  Let me just say, PLEASE DO!  No issues, just wonderful functionality at a bargain price.  Without disparaging the current Bryston solution, let's just say this would be a big improvement.

I also use Mac Mini with itunes in my audio system to play hi-res files.  How can the romote control both Mac Mini and Bryston amp?
