I'm currently working on a center channel and 3-way monitor. Accuton, Wavecor, Scan-Speak, and Raal drivers. Stay tuned... :thumb:

$1,950 - $2,150 including shipping (exact amount depends on the veneer). Dual 7" Wavecor woofers, Accuton midrange, and Scan-Speak AirCirc dome tweeter. A Raal ribbon tweeter is optional.

Here's a quick picture my kit customer sent. He did a nice job on the cabinet.

Rear ported?

What I'm getting at ... is this a friendly design for bookshelf placement?

Dimensions? Kit?

Maybe three center channels for Right, Left and Center??

I adjust the crossover for placement so that's not a problem. The dimensions are 22.5"x11"x15" (WxHxD). This was built from a kit but we also can provide one fully assembled in a custom cabinet. Using three for a L/C/R would be exceptional. This is a sealed box design so there's no rear port.

Just wondering if there are any new updates on the 3-way monitor. Accuton, Wavecor, Scan-Speak, and Raal drivers ?

Looking back I'm not really sure what I had mentioned - it might have been a project that a customer decided not to pursue. Feel free to ask questions if you have something in mind.

Probably in the 7K range. We do have the Ottavo which for $6K is an exceptional speaker.

The octavo might be a better choice over a single 10 due to higher sensitivity match to the higher sensitivity of the mid and highs. You will also get a slender tower which is has less effect on the lower range of the high frequencies (diffraction). You could do a 10 in trapazeur form, that might add cost.
The octavo is hard to beat.
