I put this together for Delacroix but I thought some others could use the info too. Not VSA sanctioned, but Albert or Damon- feel free to make any corrections if needed.

Hi Woot,
the link only shows 1 picture - I even tried IE. Is it possible only a single file got shared?

Wow- you are lucky -  my original VR4s came without any blanket or cover - just plastic bag and paper shock absorbing panels - bottom, top and 4 sides.

I just put the plastic bag on, angled bass module on a side a slide them into the boxes (box was on their sides and opened with only bottom shock absorber installed). Than I lifted each speaker in the box and installed remaining shock absorbers. It took us 2.5 person to do the job (2 - sliding the speaker and 0.5 prevent the box from sliding). Two people can potentially do it. Was relatively easy.
