I attended a wonderful program at the Hollywood bowl a few years ago where the orchestra played a selection of Goldsmith's Sci Fi scores while scenes from the movies were simultaneously projected on the screen. Mr. Goldsmith was in attendance and received a warm and enthusiastic show of appreciation from the audience. A great evening celebrating some great music.
