Been VERY busy, and I'm now getting ready to drive down to DC to exhibit at The Capital Audio Fest - Room 708.

This will be my first year at this show, and am looking forward to it!  I'm looking forward to meeting new people face to face
in the DC area.  I'm looking forward to people bringing in their music to listen to our system:

- The Signature 57 Integrated (that is finally going into production next month!)
- A fully loaded Isabella Renaissance Edition preamp
- The Liliana Renaissance Edition Monoblocks
- I'm even packing a Signature 16 Integrated (because it's smokin' good for just under $2k  )

The room will be completely ran off-the-grid on LiFePO4 battery power (including a custom CD transport that I modded and have running
on a Black Lightning 12V supply). 

One the way back up, we'll be stopping over to visit our new dealer right outside Philly: http://www.soundstagedirect.com/

As always, I'll still be checking emails, but there will be some delay compared to usual as I'll be busy in the show room.  I hope many of you

Well - this was my first C.A.F. and I thought it was a great show, and will be back next year!  Art Dudley does a nice job
summing up why it's a one-of-a-kind show:

I enjoying meeting so many new faces - many who were RWA  customers from years ago, and some more recently. 
And it was great to see couples and even families come to listen - younger and older and everyone in between. 

The hotel rooms also were better that the usual, most likely due to having fewer parallel walls.  The location was also good as it was
a quick walk to food, local events (live music!), the train to DC, and more... all at a fair price.

I really thought the Volti Audio room sounded stunning with those Vittora's, as did Robyatt Audio's Quad 63s and his tasty analog gear - and people were having fun listening!

On the way back, we visited our new dealer outside Philly - www.soundstagedirect.com/
Seth and his team have a nice building filled with LPs and a beautiful location to visit.  These guys are all about
customer service and are into music - so I can't recommend them highly enough.  Their show rooms also have
VPI turntables, PMC speakers, Rega, and in time will grow just like they have been, for good reason. 
Please check them out - you'll be glad you did!

The 30.1s just don't "look" the part of an exotic, huge, weird shaped, visually cool new generation speaker, they appear kinda ordinary. But they sound like music, true timbres, dense, tonally neutral, voices were spot on. These speakers disappeared, imaged superbly, and had my feet tapping. So much for judging a book by the cover. The music emerged from a quiet/black background attributable to the RWA battery powered front end. Both the Isabella preamp with optional Bellina DAC, and the Liliana monos have tube stages, yet have very low noise levels. Vinnie has also stopped fiddling with his new integrated amp, the Signature 57 ( 57 wpc @ 8 ohms), and it is ready to go. This was another of the rooms I sat down in many times during the show to enjoy some music.
