Selling off my headphone rig to make room for my incoming Devialet D-Premier.
For sale here is the no introduction needed Bryston BHA-1. Many posts on here (and elsewhere) of it's virtues. True to Bryston style the build quality and performance are second to none and the unit is capable of running any headphone you throw at it. It satisfied the power needs of my HD800's, HD700's and LCD-3's with ease. I've heard the Luxman, Bakoon, new ALO Studio Six, Eddie Current and to my ears the Bryston was the equal or better of them all.
This unit has the preamp functionality which allows you to use it as a standard preamp in a full featured home system...by far the most flexible of any headphone amp out there. I had thought about pairing it up with a Job 225 and the KEF LS50's I have to create what I think as the most affordable and killer home and headphone system less than $10k.
As is customary the unit has the class beating 25 year warranty of which there have to be close to 24 years remaining. I am the original owner and the unit is in flawless condition. It has a 19" silver faceplate but this can be changed with minimal fuss/cost through Bryston to whatever size (17") and color (black) if you wish.
